Service Refunds

 

We do not offer refunds for Services. However, we do offer Our

“Look great Guarantee”

We want you to love how your pet looks when they go home and if anything needs to be fixed or You’re not happy with the result please notify Your Groomer/Manager/Owner right away so We can address any issues immediately. If you still have any concerns, we will do our best to make it right.

 

Products

Returns & Exchanges

We currently don’t offer any products but have plans to in the future

 

  • Limited Returns/Exchange: Returns valid for 14 days after purchase. Products must be un-opened/un-used and in its original packaging for a full refund/exchange. Defective/broken Items may be exchanged for the same item or similar items withing the 14 day Return/Exchange period.

  • Non-returnable items: Open Products, Consumables, and Toys, especially those with squeakers, are often not returnable due to hygiene concerns.

  • Refunds for products: If a customer returns a product and does not request a replacement, a refund may be issued to the original method of payment or as credit for a future purchase.
